The epidemiological history research is significant for exploring ancient human history. The new research path in epidemiological history helps to redefine the time of emergence of many major infectious diseases in history. In addition, the introduction of a new research path of “disease of trace element deficiency” is of great help in capturing the epidemic intensity and spread of metabolic diseases in the same period.
